Standard consulting is either a half day at $600 or full day at $1000, which includes a follow up with recommended tools and basic process improvement ideas. Over the years we have accumulated both skills and tools that can help your business standardize and grow. Field work reviews to be negotiated on a case by case basis and may include costs associated with travel and lodging. 

Monthly advisory meetings either in person or virtually/phone as a sounding board and to check progress. These will be with one of our coaches who is best suited to the needs of the client. Our team will continue to grow and as new coaches and specialists are added, we may reach out to offer additional services based on your business’ needs.

“Close out”- Are you winding down a project or team? DSMC can bring objective and business oriented advice on how to move on to the next initiative. Once goals are achieved and contracts come to a close, it is time to evaluate the relationship and choose next steps going forward.
